Brown's Bee Farm

My sister convinced me to experiment with a Holga. I figured, at the very least, it would force me to have actual prints instead of endless digital images. The prints make me more nostalgic. They have less to do with a decisive moment than the way a block of time actually makes you feel.

In February I accepted a job offer working on a dairy goat farm in downeast Maine. I had no experience with farm animals or farm life but figured I should. The end of May and beginning of June feels like a daydream that almost happened.

Without going into details, I now know what not do to if I ever become a dairy farmer. At least I know how to both milk and skin a goat if a situation should arise. Now I am working on a bee farm.

Sorry to keep being vague. Didn't take this shot but I'm really glad it was taken. Will update with a decent, text-accompanied post soonish.
